President Donald Trump has come under criticism for sharing a controversial post on Truth Social, where he compared American military deaths in various conflicts, including the ongoing military engagement with Iran. The post included a graph listing U.S. military deaths from past wars such as Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan, alongside the current conflict with Iran, which he referred to as the 'Iran Military Conflict.' The Pentagon recently identified three U.S. soldiers killed in an Iranian strike on a military base in Jordan, bringing the total number of American deaths in the conflict to 18. Trump's post, which he described as 'the real facts,' drew swift condemnation from political figures across the spectrum, including former MAGA congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom.
