Mississippi Board of Nursing Closes Misconduct Investigation Against Christine Wells Wonsley
The Mississippi Board of Nursing has closed a professional misconduct investigation against Christine Wells Wonsley, the mother of Nolan Wells, following an anonymous complaint. Wonsley, who shared the news on Facebook, expressed that the investigation added to her distress during a difficult time. Her attorney, Ben Crump, criticized the complaint as an intimidation tactic aimed at silencing Wonsley, who has been seeking answers about her son's death. Nolan Wells was found dead on Horn Island, and his cause of death remains unconfirmed. An independent autopsy ordered by Crump returned inconclusive results. Wonsley, a dedicated healthcare professional, has no prior complaints against her.
