Philadelphia Residents Frustrated by Potholes After Harsh Winter
In Philadelphia, the aftermath of a severe winter has left numerous potholes across the city, causing significant frustration among residents. Particularly in the Queen Village neighborhood, at the intersection of Fourth and Bainbridge streets, drivers are encountering large potholes that stretch across the roadway.
