American Jewish Committee Unveils New Playbook to Combat Antisemitism in U.S.
The American Jewish Committee (AJC) has introduced a new 'Combating Antisemitism Playbook' aimed at addressing the rise in antisemitic incidents across the United States. This framework was revealed during the AJC Global Forum 2026 and is designed to replace the previous 'Call to Action Against Antisemitism in America,' which contributed to the U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism. Developed through workshops with over 60 experts, including former federal officials and community leaders, the playbook offers tailored recommendations for 13 sectors, such as government, law enforcement, and media. AJC emphasizes that confronting antisemitism requires a collective societal effort, as highlighted by Holly Huffnagle, AJC's director of antisemitism policy.
