El Cajon Motorcyclist Dies After Hitting Parked Vehicles; Speed Suspected
A 43-year-old man from El Cajon, California, died after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing into multiple parked vehicles. The incident occurred early Saturday morning on Pepper Drive. According to the El Cajon Police Department, officers received reports of the crash around 12:46 a.m. Emergency responders, including Heartland Fire personnel, arrived at the scene and attempted CPR, but the man was pronounced dead on site. The police indicated that excessive speed was likely a factor in the crash, though it remains unclear if drugs or alcohol were involved. The Medical Examiner’s Office will make the final determination. The roadway was closed for several hours as the investigation continued. Authorities are seeking information from the public regarding the collision.
