Despite ongoing tensions between the U.S. and U.K. over the Iran war, Trump described King Charles as a 'fantastic man' and expressed optimism that the visit would help mend strained relations. The tensions stem from British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's reluctance to support the U.S. in the Iran conflict and his refusal to allow the use of British bases for military operations.
