Massachusetts Certifies Nine Ballot Questions for November Election
Massachusetts election officials have certified nine statewide ballot questions for the upcoming November election. The questions cover a range of topics, including public records law expansion, collective bargaining for CPCS employees, state primary elections, election day registration, state revenue limits, natural resource conservation, single-family homes, prohibition of retail sale of adult recreational use marijuana, and firearms regulation. The questions have been assigned official numbers and will appear on ballots across the state. Election officials anticipate that ballots in most communities will span two to three pages, depending on local factors.
