Evangelical Leader Urges President Trump to Reject Vice President Vance's Israel Remarks
Laurie Cardoza-Moore, founder and president of Proclaiming Justice to the Nations (PJTN), has called on President Trump to distance himself from Vice President JD Vance's recent statements regarding Israel. Vance, during an appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, suggested that a well-funded campaign attempted to derail U.S. negotiations with Iran, implicating Israeli government involvement. Cardoza-Moore criticized these remarks, arguing they echo antisemitic conspiracy theories and could harm U.S.-Israel relations. She emphasized the importance of maintaining strong ties with Israel, citing biblical support and the potential negative impact on Jewish communities. Cardoza-Moore's comments come in the wake of an Iranian attack on U.S. forces in Jordan, which resulted in casualties.
