Casper Man Charged with Aggravated Burglary and Felonious Restraint, Held on $50,000 Cash-Only Bond
Randall Kim Duman, a 63-year-old Casper resident, was granted a $50,000 cash-only bond after appearing in court on charges stemming from an incident over the past weekend. Duman is accused of keeping a woman trapped in a north Casper residence on Friday night. According to the woman's statement to police, Duman allegedly grabbed her by the ears multiple times, punched her in the face, and discharged a firearm into the air during the incident. Duman faces charges including aggravated burglary, felony theft of a firearm, felonious restraint, domestic battery, and trespassing. The aggravated burglary charge suggests he became armed with a weapon during the course of an alleged burglary. The woman, who was in a relationship with Duman and lived next door, reported that after firing the gun, Duman allegedly forced her to fire two shots into the ground.
