UNESCO Hosts Caribbean Days Event in Paris to Promote Cultural Cooperation
The Caribbean Chamber of Commerce in Europe (CCCE) is organizing the second edition of Caribbean Days at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris from June 2 to June 5, 2026. This event is part of the 13th edition of the Latin American and Caribbean Weeks, coordinated by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The event will showcase the vibrant creative industries of the Caribbean, including arts, culinary arts, fashion, film, literature, music, and dance. Renowned Caribbean chefs will present a gourmet menu at the UNESCO restaurant, offering panoramic views of Paris. The event will also feature a debate on regional cooperation between the French Overseas Countries and Territories and CARIFORUM member states, as well as a roundtable discussion on sustainable tourism. Additional highlights include a rum and chocolate tasting, art exhibitions, live performances, and a film festival.
