Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force Seizes Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Firearms in Watertown Raid, Arresting Paula Galaydick
The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force conducted a raid on a home at 449 Cross Street in Watertown, New York, on Monday. During the operation, the homeowner, Paula Galaydick, 56, was intercepted in her vehicle as she attempted to leave the premises. Investigators successfully seized a significant quantity of illicit substances, including 2.2 kilograms of cocaine, 10 grams of mushrooms, and nearly 167 grams of fentanyl. In addition to the drugs, authorities confiscated $10,000 in cash and several firearms: a 12-gauge shotgun, a .22-caliber rifle, and a .357 revolver, along with digital scales. The raid was initiated based on intelligence gathered by the task force regarding drug trafficking activities originating from the residence.
