Chilean actress Amparo Noguera has filed a lawsuit against Banco de Chile, seeking over $500 million following a significant fraud incident. Noguera was deceived by a group posing as police and bank officials, leading her to withdraw large sums from her accounts. The fraudsters, part of a 13-member gang, remain under investigation, with two still at large. Noguera's legal action claims the bank failed to detect unusual account activity, contributing to the fraud.
