According to 9NEWS, the storm has brought several inches of heavy, wet snow, prompting the issuance of a Weather Impact Alert for Tuesday through early Thursday. The National Weather Service has also issued a Winter Storm Warning for the region, including Denver and the foothills, effective from Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon. The storm has led to numerous school closures and delays, with Denver Public Schools and several other districts such as Aurora, Poudre, Thompson, and Estes Park announcing closures for Wednesday. Limon Public Schools has reported delays for Wednesday morning.
