North Dakota Mothers Allege Sons Switched at Birth, Seek Accountability from Hospital
Two mothers from North Dakota, Elizabeth O'Toole and Evelyn Newton, have come forward with allegations that their sons were switched at birth nearly 40 years ago at Unity Medical Center. The revelation came to light after Kyle Bylin, one of the sons, took a DNA test that matched him with the family of Jeremy Morrison, the other son involved. The families have filed a lawsuit in state court, seeking answers and accountability from the hospital. The hospital, however, claims it no longer has the medical records from 1988 and denies any wrongdoing, stating there is no evidence to support the claims. The mothers are demanding an apology and acknowledgment of the mistake, as the incident has caused emotional turmoil for both families.
