Nassau County Sheriff's Office Offers Free Self-Defense Training for Women to Enhance Safety Skills
The Nassau County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) in Florida is providing a free self-defense class for women on June 24th. This initiative aims to equip participants with essential safety knowledge and practical skills to reduce the risk of victimization. The class is open to female residents of Nassau County who are at least 13 years old. Participants under 18 must have a signed waiver of liability from a parent or guardian. The training emphasizes hands-on experience and is designed to empower women by enhancing their ability to protect themselves. Due to limited space, early registration is encouraged.
