Lawnmower Driver Dies in South Carolina Crash Amidst Low Visibility
A fatal crash involving a lawnmower occurred in Cherokee County, South Carolina, on Victory Trail Road near Ford Road. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident. According to officials, a lawnmower traveling south was initially struck by a minivan. Following this impact, the lawnmower crossed into the northbound lane where it was then struck a second time by a car. The driver of the lawnmower, identified as 31-year-old Skylar Davis Miller, was pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers of the minivan and the car reported that they did not see the lawnmower due to a lack of lights on the vehicle and heavy fog, which significantly reduced visibility. No other injuries were reported in connection with the crash. Both the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Cherokee County Coroner's Office are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
