Roman Amatitla, 38, has been arrested for allegedly setting a fire in a Queens apartment building that killed four people, including a toddler. The fire, described as a random attack, engulfed the building on March 16, taking over two hours for firefighters to control. Amatitla, who has no prior arrests, reportedly used an accelerant to fuel the blaze. The victims include a 3-year-old girl and three adults. The building had numerous violations related to illegal conversions and overcrowding.
