AgeWays Seeks Public Input on $26.4 Million Annual Senior Services Plan
AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services is inviting public input on its proposed plan to allocate approximately $26.4 million annually for senior services from 2027 to 2029. The organization, which serves several counties in Michigan including Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, and Washtenaw, aims to enhance access to senior services and strengthen community partnerships. A public forum is scheduled for May 8 via Zoom, where older adults, family caregivers, and senior care professionals can share their opinions. The draft plan and a summary will be available for review on AgeWays.org starting April 23, and written comments can be submitted until May 23.
