Elluminate Launches Global Jewish Women’s Leadership Network to Strengthen Feminist Field
Elluminate, an organization dedicated to advancing opportunities for women and girls, has launched the Global Jewish Women’s Leadership Network. This initiative was announced during Elluminate's inaugural summit in New York City, which gathered Jewish women leaders from nonprofits, philanthropy, and social advocacy. The network aims to serve as a support system and 'force multiplier' for women working on social issues such as stillbirth, malnutrition, economic violence, and reproductive rights. The summit included 70 women from Israel and the United States, part of 'The Collective,' Elluminate's leadership accelerator for women social entrepreneurs and activists. The event also featured members of Elluminate's 'Visionary Circle,' a community of women philanthropists. The network's launch marks a significant milestone for Elluminate, which has expanded its mission over three decades from pooled philanthropy to broader social activism.
