Hezbollah Drone Strike Injures Israeli Civilians Near Lebanon Border Amid Tensions
A Hezbollah-launched explosive drone struck the parking lot of the Rosh Hanikra grottoes site near the Lebanese border, injuring three Israeli civilians. The incident, which the IDF described as a 'blatant violation of the ceasefire understandings,' occurred without prior warning sirens. The victims, including workers involved in renovations at the site, were evacuated to Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. The attack comes amid heightened tensions, as the IDF had earlier conducted strikes in Lebanon and issued evacuation warnings for several southern Lebanese villages. The escalation coincides with planned diplomatic talks in Washington between Israeli and Lebanese representatives, aimed at addressing ongoing border disputes and security concerns.
