Hokkaido University and BostonGene Collaborate to Enhance Precision Oncology in Japan
BostonGene, a developer of AI-powered platforms for tumor and immune biology, has expanded its strategic research collaboration with Hokkaido University in Japan. This multi-year initiative aims to advance precision oncology by integrating molecular and immune data to develop personalized cancer therapies. The collaboration involves next-generation sequencing and integrated analysis of DNA, RNA, and immune system profiling across more than 20 cancer types. The goal is to identify patient-specific disease drivers and guide optimal therapeutic decision-making, thereby improving outcomes for cancer patients in Japan.
