LPSO Seizes Narcotics and Over 50 Firearms from Springfield Business, Man Arrested
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office (LPSO), with assistance from the Louisiana State Fire Marshal, executed a search warrant at Navarre’s Pastries in Springfield, Louisiana, on August 12. The operation resulted in the seizure of a significant quantity of narcotics and 52 firearms. Investigators described the business as a distribution hub for various controlled dangerous substances, including approximately 42.8 grams of suspected cocaine, 394 Adderall dosage units, 200 suspected MDMA dosage units, and smaller amounts of Vyvanse, alprazolam, diazepam, and anabolic steroids. Among the seized firearms, one was reported stolen through LPSO. Additionally, about $3,550 in cash was seized, pending further action.
