Israeli Military Uncovers Hezbollah Tunnel Network Under Beaufort Ridge
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have discovered an extensive Hezbollah tunnel network beneath Beaufort Ridge in southern Lebanon. This discovery follows Israel's recent capture of the area during a large-scale anti-terror operation. The tunnels, designed for long-term use, include living quarters, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure, and are equipped with anti-tank and aerial defense systems. The IDF's Golani Brigade, Maglan Commandos, and Yahalom Combat Engineers are involved in uncovering the full extent of the network, which can accommodate hundreds of Hezbollah operatives. The tunnels also contain weapons storage, including anti-tank missiles and grenades, as well as advanced medical facilities.
