Dervac HUB Launches ICT Training to Bridge Nigeria's Digital Skills Gap
Dervac HUB has initiated its 2026 Summer ICT Training Programme in Lagos, aiming to support Nigeria's transition to a knowledge-based economy by equipping young Nigerians with essential digital skills. The program aligns with the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy and the Federal Government's 3 Million Technical Talent initiative. Participants from various schools and communities in Lagos will receive hands-on training in digital literacy, software development, web design, and other technologies. Anjorin Ishaq, the Team Lead of Dervac HUB, emphasized the private sector's role in supporting the government's human capital development agenda. The program is part of Dervac's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts to promote digital inclusion and workforce readiness.
