Washington State Residents Eligible for Share of $30 Million High 5 Casino Settlement
Washington state residents who purchased virtual coins in High 5 Casino or High 5 Vegas between April 2014 and October 2022 are now eligible to file claims for a share of a settlement fund ranging from $12 million to $30 million. The settlement stems from a class-action lawsuit, Larsen v. PTT, LLC, filed in April 2018 by class representative Rick Larsen. The lawsuit accused High 5 Games LLC and High 5 Entertainment LLC of violating Washington’s Recovery of Money Lost at Gambling Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
