MCA and Indonesia Explore Strategic Collaboration on Migrant Workforce
The Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) is exploring strategic collaboration with Indonesia to enhance the management and integration of the migrant workforce. During a meeting between MCA leaders and Indonesia's Minister for the Protection of Migrant Workers, Mukhtarudin, discussions focused on leveraging educational institutions and business networks to support Indonesian workers in Malaysia. The collaboration aims to ensure fair treatment and access to conducive working environments for Indonesian workers, particularly in high-value industries. The meeting also highlighted potential opportunities in the fields of medicine, healthcare, and nursing.
