The Indonesian Ministry of Culture has inaugurated the Ranggawarsita Library in Jakarta, aiming to enhance cultural knowledge and research. Culture Minister Fadli Zon emphasized the library's role as a key reference for cultural studies, encompassing historical, current, and future research. The library's collection primarily consists of government publications, including those from the Ministry of Culture and its predecessor institutions. It currently houses over 14,000 physical books and nearly 6,000 digital titles. The library is part of a broader initiative to digitize intellectual property, making it accessible to the public for research and educational purposes. The Head of the National Library of Indonesia, Endang Aminudin Aziz, noted that a librarian has been assigned to manage the library, which is registered under the Library Identification Number system to support its development.
