Bay Area Business Owner Dumps Trash on Customer's Driveway Over Payment Dispute
In San Pablo, California, a dispute between Express Rental Dumpster and a customer led to a pile of trash being dumped back onto the customer's driveway. The company, owned by Martin Perez, had delivered a dumpster to a group moving out of a home. However, Perez claims that the payment for the service was never completed. Despite multiple attempts to collect the payment, the customer allegedly failed to pay, prompting Perez to return the full dumpster's contents to the property. This action resulted in police involvement, as neighbors reported the incident. The police instructed the driver to move the debris off the sidewalk and back onto the property. The situation has drawn attention from local officials, with San Pablo Code Enforcement opening a case to investigate the matter further.
