The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is experiencing demand levels similar to those during the 2025 wildfires, highlighting the ongoing crisis. The situation is further complicated by administrative hurdles in accessing benefits, particularly for immigrant families who face language barriers and fear due to their immigration status.
