Zarrow Institute at University of Oklahoma Renews Autism Certification to Enhance Accessibility
The Zarrow Institute on Transition & Self-Determination at the University of Oklahoma has renewed its designation as a Certified Autism Center™ through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This certification ensures that at least 80% of the staff have completed autism-specific training, reinforcing the institute's commitment to supporting students with autism and other sensory needs. The institute offers various programs, including SPARK360°, which provides specialized autism support for undergraduate students. The renewal of this certification highlights the institute's dedication to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all students.
