Pederzini was arrested this summer and is currently out on personal recognizance bail. He has a history of litigation, with multiple small claims cases dating back to the early 1990s. His company, Primo Building and Development LLC, is also involved in several legal cases. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for September 10.
