University of Kentucky Seeks Director for Pathfinder Program to Address Equine Veterinarian Shortage
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the University of Kentucky is actively seeking a Director for its new Pathfinder Program. This strategic leadership role is designed to tackle the national shortage of equine veterinarians and shape the future of equine veterinary medicine. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and administrative oversight for this philanthropic initiative, which aims to enhance pre-veterinary education and experiential learning opportunities. The program will expand engagement, strengthen preparation for veterinary medicine, and increase access to hands-on equine training.
