Forensic Psychologist Questions Legitimacy of Ransom Notes in Nancy Guthrie Case
Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, has been missing for over six months. Recently, forensic psychologist Dr. Kris Mohandie publicly questioned the authenticity of two alleged ransom notes related to her disappearance. Dr. Mohandie, in an interview, expressed skepticism about the legitimacy of these notes, suggesting they might not be genuine. He pointed out several red flags, such as the notes being sent to news outlets and inconsistencies in pronouns. Despite these doubts, he acknowledged the importance of law enforcement investigating all possibilities. Dr. Mohandie speculated that the case might involve a burglary gone wrong, followed by attempts to cover it up. Nancy Guthrie was last seen at her home in Catalina Foothills, and despite the release of surveillance footage and a $1 million reward offered by Savannah Guthrie, no suspects have been identified.
