Senator Jacky Rosen Visits Poland to Address Rising Antisemitism and Holocaust Remembrance
U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and co-founder of the Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism, recently concluded a visit to Poland. The purpose of her trip was to observe firsthand the enduring impact of the Holocaust and to highlight the dangers of escalating antisemitism and extremism globally. During her visit, Senator Rosen engaged with the American Jewish Committee (AJC) Central Europe office, local Jewish community members, and the Director of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw. In Krakow, she toured the historic Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, visited the Galicia Jewish Museum, and met with Poland's Chief Rabbi, Michael Schudrich, to discuss the current state of Jewish communities amidst rising antisemitism.
