NC State University to Host National AI in Agriculture Conference, Focusing on Innovation and Resilience
NC State University is set to host the 2026 AI in Agriculture Conference from March 31 to April 2. This national event will gather leading experts from academia, ag-tech, analytics, biotech, and the public sector to discuss the future of AI-enabled agriculture. The conference aims to explore how artificial intelligence and data-driven innovations can enhance productivity, profitability, and environmental stewardship across various agricultural domains, including crop, livestock, and supply-chain management. Participants will include representatives from over 60 U.S. universities and 18 industry, government, and stakeholder organizations. Keynote speakers at the event will feature prominent figures such as Zach Marston from Syngenta, Gyami Shrestha from Carboneers LLC, Sebastian Villegas from Asimetrix, and Lane Arthur from John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group. Early bird registration for the conference is open until February 20, 2026.
