CALSTART Rebrands as Catalyst Mobility, Merges with Forth to Advance Clean Transportation
CALSTART, a non-profit organization focused on clean transportation, has rebranded itself as Catalyst Mobility. This change signifies a renewed vision for the organization, emphasizing the advancement of clean, equitable, and affordable transportation solutions for both people and goods. In a significant development, Forth, another national non-profit dedicated to advancing transportation electrification, will merge with Catalyst Mobility at the beginning of 2027. This consolidation aims to strengthen their collective ability to create a more equitable transportation system. The combined entity will benefit from increased access to diverse funding, grants, and public contracts, a larger network of contacts, and an expanded presence in the Pacific Northwest with a new regional office in Portland, Oregon, Forth's current headquarters.
