Brazil Establishes Paraty Dialogues to Foster Global Geopolitical and Climate Debates
The Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) has launched the 'Paraty Dialogues,' a new international forum designed to position Brazil at the center of global discussions on geopolitics, climate change, and artificial intelligence. The inaugural pilot event, held in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, brought together 32 experts from 14 countries, including diplomats, former ministers, academics, and representatives from international organizations and civil society. Over three days of closed-door discussions, participants focused on strengthening international cooperation across three main themes: geopolitical transition and international cooperation; climate action and sustainable development; and global governance and institutional renewal.
