Florida Health Care Association Recognizes Kristen Knapp for Communication Excellence
Kristen Knapp, the Senior Director of Strategy and Communications for the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA), has been honored with the Walter M. Johnson Jr. Circle of Excellence Award. This recognition was given during the FHCA's Annual Conference and Trade Show in Orlando. Knapp has been with the FHCA for 18 years, leading public relations and crisis communication efforts, particularly during hurricanes and the COVID-19 pandemic. She also manages workforce initiatives and oversees a scholarship program that has distributed approximately $900,000 to students and healthcare professionals.
