China is being advised to analyze Ukraine's communication strategies during wartime, particularly its use of public relations in the age of artificial intelligence. A recent study concluded that advanced technology alone is insufficient for success in the modern information environment; rather, it requires a cohesive integration of information strategy with military operations.
