El Al Israel Airlines Expands North American Network with New San Francisco Route
El Al Israel Airlines is set to expand its North American network by launching nonstop flights between Tel Aviv and San Francisco starting October 25, 2026. The service will operate three times a week using Boeing 787-9 aircraft, marking the airline's return to the Bay Area for the first time since 2020. This new route becomes El Al's sixth U.S. destination, joining New York John F. Kennedy, Newark, Miami, Boston, and Los Angeles. The airline aims to cater to the growing demand from both the business sector and the large Israeli community in the San Francisco Bay Area.
