AOC Appoints Laura Brown as Director of Access, Innovation Community Engagement Division
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) has announced the appointment of Laura Brown as the new director of its Access, Innovation & Community Engagement (AICE) Division. This appointment was made public on Monday. In her new capacity, Brown will be responsible for leading statewide initiatives aimed at enhancing access to justice, fostering community partnerships, and exploring innovative methods to address the legal needs of residents in Tennessee. Tennessee Supreme Court Chief Justice Jeff Bivins praised Brown's commitment to service and her ability to build relationships, stating that her leadership will strengthen efforts to ensure meaningful access to justice for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.
