Kaiser Permanente Breaks Ground on $230 Million Medical Offices in Westminster, Colorado
Kaiser Permanente has initiated construction on a new 132,000-square-foot medical office building in Westminster, Colorado. This $230 million facility represents the organization's largest brick-and-mortar investment in Colorado since 2011. The new Westminster Medical Offices will consolidate various healthcare services under one roof, including an outpatient surgery center, urgent care, and primary and specialty care services. The facility is projected to open in 2028 and will replace the existing medical offices at 11225 Huron St., which have been operational since 1976. Construction will be handled by DPR Construction, utilizing modular and prefabricated methods, and will be located immediately south of the current offices. Upon completion, the new facility will offer adult primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, laboratory services, medical imaging, a pharmacy, complementary medicine, and a nurse clinic, in addition to urgent care and outpatient surgery.
