Students interested in participating must register and submit their apps online by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 26, 2026. The winner from the First Congressional District will receive recognition on the Congressional App Challenge website and will be invited to attend the #HouseOfCode event in Washington, D.C., in the spring of 2027.
