Channel 13 Secures Refund for Stranded Mother and Daughter After Greyhound Bus Incident
A mother and daughter from Mesa, Arizona, experienced a travel ordeal when their Greyhound bus left them stranded during a trip from Las Vegas. Christine Yost and her daughter Marley, who has autism, were left behind at a rest stop in Camp Verde, Arizona, after the bus departed without them. Despite efforts to contact Greyhound for assistance, they faced a prolonged wait and had to arrange a costly Lyft ride home. Channel 13, a local news station, intervened on their behalf, reaching out to Greyhound and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. As a result, Greyhound issued a full refund for the bus tickets and agreed to cover the cost of the Lyft ride.
