New Affordable Housing Complex Opens in San Francisco at Former McDonald's Site
A new affordable housing complex has opened in San Francisco on the site of a former McDonald's known for crime and drug activity. Located next to Golden Gate Park, the multi-story development aims to provide much-needed housing in a city facing a severe housing crisis. The project, which had its ribbon-cutting ceremony recently, is part of broader efforts to address homelessness and improve community safety by repurposing problematic sites into beneficial community resources.
