14-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized After Electric Scooter Collision in North Harris County
A 14-year-old girl was transported to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter in the 26200 block of Kuykendahl Road in northern Harris County, Texas. The incident occurred on a Friday, and details regarding the crash are currently limited. Authorities from the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office confirmed the teenager's hospitalization for treatment. The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing. This marks the second such incident in the area within the same week, as Precinct 4 deputies previously responded to a crash on Tuesday where a 10-year-old girl sustained serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle while on an electric scooter at the intersection of Lincolns Meadow Drive and Dukes Run Drive in Spring.
