Louisville Town Board Considers Two Proposals for Golf Course Management

The second proposal is from Kyle Kressler, owner of Cedar View Golf Club in Massena, who proposes a private company run the course. Kressler's plan involves a licensing agreement where he would pay the town annually and assume responsibility for day-to-day operations, reinvesting profits into the course and removing operational risks from taxpayers.
