A 16-year-old female and an 18-year-old male later died at ECMC, while the other three occupants remain in serious condition. The Buffalo Police Department will be collaborating with the Office of the New York State Attorney General to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident, in accordance with New York State Executive Law Section 70-b.
