Delaware State Police Identify Victim in Fatal Laurel Crash
The Delaware State Police have identified Norma Eckard, 54, of Delmar, Delaware, as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred on Thursday in Laurel. The incident is currently under investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Authorities are appealing to the public for assistance, requesting anyone who witnessed the collision or possesses relevant video footage to contact Sergeant A. Mitchell. Information can also be provided through private messages to the Delaware State Police via Facebook or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers.
