Florida Woman Accused of Drugging Men and Stealing High-End Watches in Multi-Case Investigation
Lynda Mae Crouse, a 32-year-old Florida woman, has been arrested and accused of drugging men she meets and then stealing their high-end watches. Her arrest on Friday stems from an incident on April 12, where she allegedly met a man at the Carousel Club in Hallandale Beach. After exchanging contact information, the man sent an Uber to bring Crouse to his home. The two began drinking, but the man reported feeling 'funny' and 'extremely tired' after stepping away to change clothes. He then passed out, with the last thing he heard being a clapping sound from his living room and Crouse excusing herself. Upon waking hours later, he discovered his 40 mm diamond-bedazzled Rolex Presidential, valued at $98,400, was missing. The victim later identified Crouse in a photo lineup. Authorities state that Crouse has four other open cases in Dade County with similar patterns, where victims took her home and woke up to find their expensive wristwatches gone.
